
Cancellation Rights
Consumers have the right of withdrawal regarding unused products, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they receive the product, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, without showing any reason and without paying a penal clause.
Consumers who shop by logging in as a member can use their right of withdrawal as follows:

Go to the My Orders section.

Click on the order and enter your order details.

Select Cancellation / Return.

Put the return code belonging to the product you want to return and the products, along with your dispatch note/invoice, into a single package.

Deliver the package free of charge to xxx Cargo within 14 (fourteen) days, along with the return cargo code. Giving the code is sufficient, do not specify a return address separately.

When your returned product reaches us, it will be examined by our expert team, and if it is deemed suitable for return, the compliance of your product with the right of withdrawal will be approved and your refund will be made within 14 days.

You will be informed when your refund is credited to your bank account. The period for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the bank, on average between two and three weeks.
Consumers who shop without logging in/without membership accounts can use their right of withdrawal as follows:

Fill out the return section located at the bottom of your dispatch note/invoice that came with your product.

Put your product and the dispatch note/invoice into a single package.

Deliver your package free of charge to xxx Cargo within 14 days, along with the return cargo code. Giving the code is sufficient, do not specify a return address separately.

When your returned product reaches us, it will be examined by our expert team, and if it is deemed suitable for return, the compliance of your product with the right of withdrawal will be approved and your refund will be made within 14 days.

You will be informed when your refund is credited to your bank account. The period for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the bank, on average between two and three weeks.
The product subject to return must not have its package damaged, must have been used in a manner appropriate to its function, technical specifications, and usage instructions, and must not be damaged as a result of misuse. The product subject to return must be returned with its accessories, if any, its original box and its dispatch note/invoice. Otherwise, the request for withdrawal may not be accepted.
Just as the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases where the right of withdrawal is not provided for under the relevant legislation, consumers must use this right in accordance with the procedure or within the specified period. Otherwise, the use of the right of withdrawal will not be possible.
Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal regarding contracts related to the following, without limiting the situations stipulated under the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Contracts regarding goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is not under the control of the seller or provider.

Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.

Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that can rapidly deteriorate or whose expiration date may pass.

Contracts regarding the delivery of goods from which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; the return of which is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (including those customized/modified to be specific to the person/personal needs).

Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and whose separation is impossible by nature.

Contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables supplied in a physical medium, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the good.

Contracts regarding the delivery of periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement.

Contracts related to accommodation, carriage of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities intended for recreation, which must be performed on a specific date or period.

Contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Contracts regarding services whose performance has been started with the consumer's approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period.

Generally, other goods-services that are accepted as being outside the scope of distance selling according to the relevant legislation and contracts where the consumer makes a purchase for commercial/professional purposes.
